What I did to increase amount of trial sign ups to Paul’s service?

Audited the website using a smart tool that showed Paul’s what is broken and what could be changed like this.
Analysed Paul’s current numbers of visitors and performance of his page and provided list of improvements
Looked at click map (see before and after here)
Redesigned the Page, based on data and user feedback
Increased his conversion by 160%
